Rich learning environment

The Elementary Montessori curriculum is designed specially for the abstraction of concepts using hands-on multi-sensory materials.

  • We foster each child’s innate sensibilities and intelligence.

  • We cultivate concentration and coordination and build character.

  • We deepen confidence, problem-solving, critical thinking, and self-discipline.

Fostering growing minds.

  • The children’s growing minds in this multi-age, learning group of mixed abilities, are transitioning from concrete understandings to abstract thinking.

  • Children have a natural interest in working with peers and socialization.

  • Their thinking and memory is enhanced by creativity and imagination,

  • Children have a deep interest in fairness, social justice, and compassion: They are akin to the inquiry, what is my purpose in life?

Learning in all places.

The curriculum is seen in the materials and activities on the shelves as well as in the outdoor environment.

  • Montessori Curriculum: Practical Life, Sensorial, Mathematics, Language,

    • Cultural Studies-botany, geography, zoology, art, music, mindfulness, and movement.

  • Guided by their teachers, with an emphasis on individualized education and advancement in academic areas.

Upon completion of the Elementary program, the children easily integrate into other school settings and programs, from gaining autonomy and confidence in our Montessori program.

“The child is endowed with unknown powers which can guide us to a radiant future, if what we really want is a new world, then education must take as its aim, the development of these hidden possibilities.”

— Maria Montessori
