The People of LGM

The people who make LGM possible.

Montessori asks educators to know children deeply — to observe, guide, encourage, and recognize when a child is ready for what comes next. Meet the people who bring that work to life at LGM.

Teaching begins with knowing the child.

In a Montessori classroom, the teacher is not simply standing at the front of the room delivering the same lesson to everyone. Our educators observe. They listen. They notice what captures a child's attention, where a child is growing, where they may be struggling, and when they are ready for a new challenge.

That relationship allows teachers to guide children intentionally while still giving them the space to discover, practice, and grow independently. The goal isn't to direct every step. It is to create the conditions in which children can take meaningful steps for themselves.

Experience matters. So does connection.

Montessori education depends on careful observation and a deep understanding of child development. Our educators bring their training and experience into the classroom while building relationships with the individual children they serve.

We value professional growth, Montessori preparation, collaboration, and the experience that comes from knowing a school and its community over time. But credentials tell only part of the story. What matters most is what educators do with that knowledge:

See the child. Respect the child. Guide the child. And know when to give them room to discover what they can do.

See our educators at work.

The best way to get to know our educators is to see them in the environment where their work happens every day.
